Assistant Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage construction projects, including working with planners, architects, owners, designers, and subcontractors.

Examine drawings and specifications for accuracy.

Estimate costs and control on time and on budget execution.

Ensure timely submissions of subcontracts and purchase orders, coordinate work of all internal and external project participants. 

Ensure compliance with appropriate codes and safety requirements, control quality.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture

2 years experience or more as a Construction Manager
